Grip-X is shaped to fit inside flexed fingers and support the MP joints during isometric exercise of the forearm. Effective exercise for improving golf and tennis grip. PVC rubber. Available in three color-coded firmness levels: Soft (Blue, Therapeutic Grade), Medium (Green, Maintenance Grade), or Hard (Black, Athletic Grade).
