Turning lever on pedestal column adjusts height via gas piston mechanism. To lower table, push down on tabletop to desired height (requires less than 5 lbs. of hand strength). Maintenance-free, easy-to-clean 1/8"H laminate top. Steel pedastal and base with powder-coat finish for years of durability. Heavy-duty locking casters also available, sold separately.
