AliMed® AliRail™ Bed Rail is a cushioned, ergonomic bed handle and bed rail combined. M-shaped grip allows for two-handed gripping when user rises to a seated position, making getting into and out of bed easy, even for those with weakened hands. Also helps prevent patients from rolling out of bed accidentally. Adjustable size. Extends under mattress for increased stability. Double cross-brace for maximum support.
