AliMed^® InvisiCoat^® Plus 35/55 Degree Wedge

AliMed® InvisiCoat® Plus 35/55 Degree Wedge features the same artifact-reducing curved edges as our standard InvisiCoat Positioners, but with a high-density, closed-cell foam that resists bottoming out for larger patients. 35º/55º angle supports the lumbar spine, ribs, and obliques. Can also be placed under the rib cage to twist upper torso. Available in two lengths: 14" and 24".

Caution: Procedures at less than 60 kVp may produce slightly visible lines on edges of InvisiCoat Positioners. Always position the patient so the edge of the block will not be in the image field of concern. When tested at low attenuation of 80 kVp, results indicate an aluminum equivalency of 1%.
