AliMed® MultiBoot™ Xtra™ Contracture Boot with fully covered plastic shell and padded spine holds foot in neutral to prevent footdrop while providing pressure relief and minimizing risk of cross-legged injury. Breathable, moisture-wicking liner keeps fragile skin cool and dry, reducing skin breakdown while additional calf padding safeguards the fragile Achilles region and fully suspends heel for optimal airflow, wound healing, and pressure relief. Generously padded straps hold foot securely in place and protect shin and foot. Padded toe plate keeps pressure and friction off of the toes. Flat, nonskid toe-plate attachment knob provides a safe transfer point for pivot or step transfers – remove the knob for a flat base to help prevent falls during unaided transfers. Fits left or right. Available in Small, Medium/Large, or X-Large.

Easy-on, easy-off broad outsole resists unstable twisting for safer ambulation, even transfers without the outsole are safer with its flat bottom surface. Synthetic Fleece or Genuine Wool liner options for optimal comfort and protection.
