Drive Medical Premium Gel/Foam Overlay is a unique combination of gel and foam that meets Medicare/Medicaid requirements (2"H gel, 1"H foam) for reimbursement as a gel-based overlay. The viscoelastic gel interior layer provides coverage where patient needs it most, helping to keep pressure at a manageable level. The top foam layer works with the gel for pressure- and shear-reducing properties. Bacteriostatic, fluid-resistant, urethane-coated, washable, 200-denier nylon top cover. Waterproof Weblon® bottom cover. Elastic corner straps securely hold overlay in place.
