Medi-Dyne® ProStretch® Original Calf and Foot Stretcher helps stretch the plantar fascia, calf, foot, and hamstring muscles using body weight and leverage along with a rocker bottom to maximize your stretch. The unique design holds the foot in an optimal position to maximize the stretch in the foot and leg, which increases flexibility. Helps provide relief from three of the top five running injuries, including plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, IT band syndrome, runner's knee, and shin splints. Allows user to isolate and stretch gastrocsoleus, anterior tibialis, hamstring musculature, plantar fascia, and Achilles tendon. User controls the degree of stretch, which helps limit guarding. Durable and lightweight, with slip-resistant pads to keep the device in place. Available in two options: Unilateral for one foot or Bilateral for use with two feet.
