Palumbo Knee Brace with Adjustable Thigh All the benefits of the Palumbo Patella Stabilizing Brace with an adjustable thigh for patients who do not fit within normal sizing parameters, especially those with large thigh measurements in comparison to calf. For the elderly or arthritic patient who cannot pull on a normal sleeve. Reduces patellofemoral chondromalacia and arthritis. Stretches the contracting patellofemoral ligament and lateral retinaculum and prevents stretching of the medial retinaculum. Blue neoprene. Available in left or right.
