AliMed^® InvisiCoat^® Plus 45 Degree Wedge

AliMed® InvisiCoat® Plus 45 Degree Wedge features the same artifact-reducing curved edges as our standard InvisiCoat Positioners, but with a high-density, closed-cell foam that resists bottoming out for larger patients. 45º wedge provides the proper angle for cervical and spine imaging, AP oblique pelvis projection, and other lateral lower body positioning. Available in two lengths: 24"L and 30"L.

Caution: Procedures at less than 60 kVp may produce slightly visible lines on edges of InvisiCoat Positioners. Always position the patient so the edge of the block will not be in the image field of concern. When tested at low attenuation of 80 kVp, results indicate an aluminum equivalency of 1%.
