Width locks at 26", 34", or 42" to allow use as a hand rail, half rail, or a full bed rail. Rail pivots down 180 degrees for easy access or in and out. Dual safety straps attach to most beds. Includes organizer pouch for storing items. Fits 12"-16"H mattresses.
